Received faulty spray nozzle again

Second time ordering from this company and I received another faulty nozzle that does not work properly. First time it was with the acv spray, and now with the aloe mist. I received a replacement spray nozzle the first time, but I don’t want to have to keep waiting to use my products (which I enjoy using). Something needs to be fixed with this process.
