I was only sent the conditioner not the ACV that’s supposed to be in the pack.

Y'all gotta figure it out with the spray bottles

you guys need to figure it out with the hydration misting bottle, those new spray nozzles don't work, like both spray bottles i. I literally had to purchase my own bottles and transfer the contents. A bit disappointed and turned off.

We are so sorry that you've had this experience and we have discontinued use of those mist caps! Due to supply chain issues, we were temporarily out of our main mist nozzles but they're back in! These caps were tested and passed, however, the movement in the package may have damaged it due to its larger size. We will be reaching out to you shortly to compensate you for the faulty cap via email from support@freetheroots.com.

Love the product

I’ve used the conditioning package, and I absolutely love how it has made my hair feel. My only issue is the quality of the bottle. I got a defective bottle. I had to transfer the product to a different spray bottle. Other than that, you have a customer.

Mist bottle doesn’t spray
